Some treatments may require multiple sessions for best results. If a service is booked-it is understood that you accept the risks of neurotoxin, dermal filler, and/or microneedling treatment-further questions can be obtained by contacting our staff (full medical history will be obtained including medication history). Our staff holds the right to withhold treatment or alter original aesthetic plans based on individual needs and underlying medical conditions. Aesthetic group sessions ("botox parties") are understood to be accepting of the above disclaimer by every patron receiving any services by Prevelly Aesthetics by Shelley PLLC.
